Round 1 - Cast and Twist Reveal

Hello everyone and welcome to the kick off of CONQUEST: Iceland! We are so excited to have you on board for our twelfth season of CONQUEST!

We're really excited to have you all be a part of this season! We have a lot of twist and turns in store for you this season. We hope you're ready! Before we get into what the twist is let's meet the cast!

Now what I'm sure you're all waiting for, what is this seasons twist?


We're diving into the archives and bringing back a fan favourite overarching twist that will impact the entire season. It is called...



This season each round will be designated as a DAY round or a NIGHT round.

DAY rounds are exactly what you're used to with the game of Survivor. A standard round where everything goes as planned. 

NIGHT rounds are where things will be different. You will all be kept in the dark on one of the most important aspects of the game -- IMMUNITY.

During the tribe stage, in a NIGHT round, each tribe will compete in the Immunity Challenge per usual, however, results will not be revealed. All tribes will go to Tribal Council. Once it is time to reveal the votes the first vote will either read as IMMUNITY if your tribe won the challenge or it will read a name and someone will be voted out. If a tribe won Immunity all votes that were cast will remain a secret.

This twist will continue into the merge, however it changes. During a Night round, instead of standard Immunity, players will compete for a SHADOW IMMUNITY IDOL. The winner will be notified privately and will have the ability to play their Immunity on themself or another player after the votes are cast, similar to a Hidden Immunity Idol.

This is the one of biggest twists we have ever done in CONQUEST and will no doubt keep you all on your toes. Hope you're ready for it!

What is the first round of the game? Well that will be kept a secret until Sunday night after everyone has competed in the Immunity Challenge. You didn't think we would make it easy by telling you what it will be right away did you!

Your next challenge will be semi-live and instructions will be posted at 1:00pm EST tomorrow. You will have to break up into three duos and set up a time to complete the challenge either Saturday or Sunday. You must compete before Sunday at 10:00pm EST tomorrow.

The challenge should not take longer than 20 minutes to complete for each duo.
